Three ways we work with apartments.
The company takes the position that fits each apartment.
We manage
Owners keep their apartment and receive a share of what it earns. We run it, report every month and pay out by bank transfer.
We lease
We rent apartments from their owners for a fixed rent and operate them for our own account.
We own
We hold apartments ourselves and run them to the same standard as the rest of the portfolio.
How we run it.
Paid on time
Owners are paid by the 15th of every month.
