How we work
With owners
Owners choose a partnership model and agree it in a written contract. They receive a clear statement every month and read-only access to their own records in the Owner Portal.
With guests
Guests book through the main platforms or directly with Hercules Stays. They are welcomed in several languages and looked after during the stay.
With our teams
Cleaning, maintenance and guest service are done by our own people, organised in one system, so the standard does not depend on one person.
