Two ways to partner
Revenue share
We manage your apartment and keep an agreed commission on what guests pay. You receive the rest, and the occupancy risk stays with you.
Fixed rent
We rent your apartment from you for a fixed rent set in a contract and operate it ourselves. You receive the same payment every month and we carry the occupancy risk.
The right model depends on the apartment. Terms are agreed in a written contract; rates are not published here.
